Ya conocemos la lista de candidatos a los premios más importantes del cine y, ¡si, Penélope Cruz y Javier Bardem forman parte de ella! España tendrá a sus actores más internacionales en la meca del cine y esperemos que regresen a casa con su estatuilla.
Habrá que esperar hasta el domingo 27 de marzo para escuchar eso de «and the Oscar goes to…». Mientras, a disfrutar del momento y a tomar nota de las películas seleccionadas para no perder la oportunidad de verlas en pantalla grande cuando lleguen a la cartelera española, especialmente Being the Ricardos, que pudimos ver el pasado mes de diciembre en Amazon, The power of the dog (El poder del perro), de Jane Campion, que suma 12 nominaciones, y Dune, de Denis Villeneuve, que ha sido nominada en 10 categorías. Mención especial merecen también el compositor Alberto Iglesias, que ha resultado nominado en la categoría de mejor banda sonora por Madres paralelas y los españoles Alberto Mielgo y Leo Sánchez, que también optarán a una estatuilla en la categoría de mejor corto de animación.
